<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell including a wavelength conversion layer which has high light transmittance, shields infrared light, and allows high emission intensity to be obtained, and to provide a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion layer 5 provided on the light-receiving surface side of a photoelectric conversion element 7 contains: a resin 5a containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component; first particles 5b of zinc oxide having oxygen vacancies; and second particles 5c of zinc oxide obtained by partially substituting zinc with aluminum. Thus, emission intensity can be maintained for a long period of time, infrared light can be shielded, and a temperature rise of a solar cell can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
