<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade and a stripping device suppressing remaining of CNT on a substrate even if the substrate is warped. <P>SOLUTION: The blade includes a plurality of substrates each edge of which becomes a part for stripping carbon nanotubes, wherein the plurality of the substrates form a line so that those edges are arranged on a straight line, and the plurality of the substrates are mutually independent and supported so as to be displaced in a direction parallel to the surface direction and in a vertical direction to the edges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
