<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imprint collation program, an imprint collation device and an imprint collation method for improving the collation rate of imprint collation by, even when two pieces of marks are sealed, extracting not an imprint on which a cancellation line has been overwritten but a resealed imprint as a correct collation imprint image. <P>SOLUTION: The imprint of a seal impression sealed on a medium read by an image reading device is input as imprint image data, and a seal impression frame corresponding part is extracted by using circular shape detection processing from the input imprint image data, and a seal impression frame circumference connection line connected to the circumference of the extracted seal impression frame corresponding part is extracted from the input imprint image data, and when the seal impression frame circumference connection line is extracted, it is determined that the input imprint image data are not appropriate as a collation imprint image to be collated with a registered imprint image registered in a database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
