<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing solid material composed of a plurality of metal halides and a sample for use in the analysis of the solid material that can more accurately and yet more simply prevent the influences of contamination and of deliquescence and the scattering of the solid material than conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: A sample for use in analysis of solid material is provided with a solid material composed of metal halides, a first container in which the solid material is sealed in the interior thereof filled with inert atmosphere, and a second container in which the first container is sealed in the interior. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
