<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which allows generated condensate to flow downward quickly without keeping the condensate stagnant. <P>SOLUTION: In a fin 20 formed by cutting and raising the flat surface of each of flat heat transfer tubes 10 vertically arranged in multiple stages, a cut and raised piece 16 is formed in a way that a bent portion 18 to the flat heat transfer tube 10 is inclined by an angle θ in the width direction of the flat heat transfer tube 10 and a protrusion part protruded from one end in the width direction of the flat heat transfer tube 10 is formed.
