<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber makes a valve characteristic more proper. <P>SOLUTION: A damping force generating mechanism 39 has a valve body 35 provided with an opening 56a of a passage 56. In the valve body 35, an inner seat portion 48 which is located at an inner side from the opening 56a and an outer seat portion 49 which is locates at an outer side from the opening 56a and is higher than the inner seat portion 48. A disk valve 37 is constructed so that inner periphery and outer periphery are movable in axial direction and si arranged to make it possible to sit on the inner seat portion 48 and the outer seat portion 49. The shock absorber is configured so as to include a pressing member 86 which has in a circumferential direction a plurality of pressing portions 84 which push the disk valve 37 against the inner seat portion 48 and so that the pressing portions 84 are ununiformly arranged in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
