<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning robot which improves a dust collecting capability and prevents a traveling failure. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning robot includes a body housing 2 having a suction port 6 which faces a floor surface F and opens on a bottom face thereof, a pair of driving wheels 29 which has a horizontal rotating shaft 29 and causes the body housing 2 to travel by itself, a front wheel 27 which is disposed at a forward position relative to the driving wheels 29 in the direction of advancement during cleaning work, and a rear wheel 26 which is disposed at a rearward position relative to the driving wheels 29 in the direction of advancement during cleaning work. The suction port 6 is disposed between the front wheel 27 and the driving wheels 29. While the body housing 2 travels on the flat floor surface F by itself, the front wheel 27 rises above the floor surface F and the driving wheels 29 and the rear wheel 26 stay on the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
