<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for the skin, controlling various troubles on the surface of the skin caused by microorganisms by inhibiting the toxin production by the microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: The external preparation for the skin uses one or more kinds of compounds (A) selected from a compound represented by general formula (a1), R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-OH (a1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a 9-18C hydrocarbon) and a compound represented by general formula (a2): R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-O-(EO)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>-H (a2) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is an 8-18C hydrocarbon; EO is ethyleneoxy; and n is an integer of 1-15), and a 2-3C monohydric alcohol (B) in each specific range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
