PURPOSE: A small focus variable collimator is provided to vary the size of a small focus at a range of 1um-1mm so that manufacture of a plurality of collimators according to a standard is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A small focus variable collimator comprises a housing body(10), an X-axis block guider(20), an X-axis fixing block(30), an X-axis moving block(30a), an X-axis spring, an X-axis incident window adjusting member(50), a Y-axis fixing block, a Y-axis moving block, a Y-axis block guide(60), a Y-axis fixing block, a Y-axis moving block, an adjusting member(90), and a mounting plate(100). The front and rear surfaces of the housing body are opened. The X-axis block guide is fix-installed in the front inner side of the housing body, includes incident through-hole in a rear plate, and forms a pair of guide grooves(23) on upper and lower sides. The X-axis fixing block is fix-installed on one side of the guide groove. The X-axis moving block is installed to be movable along the guide grooves in an X-axis direction by corresponding to the X-axis fixing block.
