<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain preparation facility capable of shipping an unpolished rice and a polished rice with a simple operation and shipping the polished rice after tentatively storing the unpolished rice. <P>SOLUTION: The grain preparation facility is configured to include: a rice huller 1; a rice milling machine 2; a rice sorting machine 3; a rice hulling and milling switch 64 for performing a rice hulling and milling process in which the unpolished rice hulled by the rice huller 1 is milled by the rice milling machine 2, and then the polished rice milled by the rice milling machine 2 is sorted by the rice sorting machine 3 for sorting a small rice and a grain size; a rice hulling and sorting switch 65 for performing a rice hulling and sorting process in which the unpolished rice hulled by the rice huller 1 is sorted by the rice sorting machine 3 for sorting the small rice and the grain size; an unpolished rice storing tank 4 which stores the unpolished rice treated in the rice hulling and sorting process; and an unpolished rice milling switch 66 for performing unpolished rice milling process in which the unpolished rice in the unpolished rice storing tank 4 is milled by the rice milling machine 2; and a control unit 60 for driving and controlling the rice huller 1, the rice milling machine 2 and the rice sorting machine 3 according to the information of on/off switching of the rice hulling and milling switch 64, the rice hulling and sorting switch 65, and the unpolished rice milling switch 66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
