<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-type vehicle, in which an ABS module is disposed compactly while suppressing the influence on the arrangement or the like of other members and the influence or the like of disturbance on the ABS module can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The saddle-type vehicle comprises a fuel tank 41 which is provided to stride over and cover a main frame 15 from the upper side. An ABS module 61 is disposed at the lower side of the fuel tank 41 to cover the upper side and right and left sides thereof with the fuel tank 41.
