<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank opening and closing device 10 which prevents erroneous actuation of an auto-stop function and spill-over of fuel from a second opening, during fueling. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel tank opening and closing device 10 includes: a tank opening forming member 11 which has a first opening forming member 22 having a first opening 23a and a second opening forming member 26 having a second opening 26a; a first opening and closing member 31; and a second opening and closing member 51. When CA represents a central axis passing through the approximate center of a fuel passage 11P, first and second shaft parts 35 and 56 are arranged almost in parallel with the central axis CA and on the same side at the end of the fuel passage 11P. The first and second opening forming members 22 and 26 are arranged in such a manner as to be tilted at first and second angles θ1 and θ2 with respect to a surface perpendicular to the central axis CA, respectively, and arranged to be narrowed toward the opposite side of the fuel passage 11P axially symmetrical with respect to the central axis CA from the first and second shaft parts 35 and 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
