<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper foil improved in handlability by appropriately roughening the surface of the copper foil, excellent in bendability and having favorable surface etching characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the rolled copper foil in which a ratio Ra/t, that is, the ratio of a surface roughness Ra of the copper foil measured on the surface thereof by the length of 175 μm in the direction parallel to the rolling direction with respect to a thickness t of the copper foil is ≥0.004 and ≤0.007, a (200) diffraction intensity (I) obtained by X-ray diffraction of the rolled surface in a state where the copper foil is heated at 200°C for 30 minutes to be controlled to have a recrystallized structure and a (200) diffraction intensity (I<SB POS="POST">0</SB>) obtained by X-ray diffraction of particulate copper satisfy the relation: 20≤I/I<SB POS="POST">0</SB>≤40, a ratio d/t, that is, the ratio between a thickness t of the copper foil and an average value d of differences between the largest heights and the smallest heights, in the direction of thickness, of respective three linear lines each having a length of 175 μm in the direction parallel to the rolling direction on the surface of the copper foil and each spaced apart by 50 μm or more in the direction orthogonal to the rolling direction, the largest height corresponding to the largest depth of an oil pit is 0.1 or less, and the area ratio of the oil pit measured by a confocal microscope is ≥6% and ≤15%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
