<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio router, program and access method which, just as children are allowed to access the Internet within a reachable range of the parent's eyes, can control accesses by child radio terminals subordinate to a parent radio terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The radio router connects a radio link between a child radio terminal 2B and itself dependently on the connection of a radio link between a parent radio terminal 2A and itself. The radio router has the address of the parent radio terminal 2A stored therein beforehand, so that when a request for SSID1 based connection is received from the parent radio terminal 2A, it sends a response for SSID1 based connection back to the radio terminal 2A. After that, the radio router monitors an authentication sequence, and, upon detecting success in the authentication of the radio terminal 2A, enables SSID2 for a terminal side radio communication interface.
