<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet device in which a radio wave emission port is provided at the front end of a communication pipe, capable of preventing the entry of water into a propagation passage for radio waves while securing the good propagation passage for the radio waves. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic faucet device comprises: a spout 10; a water hose 20 inserted through the spout 10; an on-off valve arranged on the upstream side of the water hose 20; a radio wave sensor having radio wave transmitting and receiving means; a wave guide linking the base end of the spout 10 to the radio wave sensor; and a control part using the radio wave sensor for controlling the on-off valve. At the front end of the water hose 20, a water discharge member 70 is mounted for discharging a water stream toward the outside. A guide member 80 is further provided which abuts on the inner periphery of the spout 10 for blocking a clearance between the water discharge member 70 and the inner peripheral face of the spout 10 and for supporting the water discharge member 70 at a position eccentric from the center of the inner peripheral face of the spout 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
