PURPOSE: A food composition containing an oenanthe javanica concentrate and an actinidia polygama extract, and a health beverage including thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the oenanthe javanica concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A food composition having anti-inflammation function contains 20wt% of oenanthe javanica concentrate, 0.25wt% of jujube concentrate, 0.35wt% of glycyrrhizae radix concentrate, 0.1wt% of actinidia polygama extract, and the balance of edible carrier or an additive. The edible carrier or the additive contains 0.03wt% of complex herb extract, 0.004wt% of hydrous citric acid, 0.4wt% of fructose, 0.04wt% of scutellaria baicalensis extract, and the balance of purified water. |
