PURPOSE: A fireproof filler for penetrating a building pipe and a construction method for the same are provided to completely block air contact and absorption by applying a nonflammable film packaging mat to the penetration part of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof filler for penetrating a building pipe comprises a first film packaging nonflammable material(30), a second film packaging nonflammable material(31), a tape or aluminum tape made of the same material for film packaging, and a sealant. A first film packaging nonflammable material sealably fills a metal pipe(10) and a wall(20) which pass through the fire compartment of a building, the gap of a penetration part between floor bodies, or a space between the floor body and a curtain wall. The tape or aluminum tape is made of the same material for film packaging and a second film packaging nonflammable material and winds the penetration part of the pipe for fixing and finishing. The sealant fills up a joint between the first and second film packaging nonflammable materials.
