<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire retardant film which is excellent in high heat conductivity, high gas barrier property, mechanical strength and fire retardancy, and to provide a flexible display using the fire retardant film. <P>SOLUTION: The fire retardant film consists of three layers of: A1 layer and A2 layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin composition A which are arranged on both front surfaces, respectively; and B layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin composition B which is arranged between the A1 layer and A2 layer. In this case, the thermoplastic resin composition A contains 50 to 200 pts.mass of an inorganic hydroxide of which the thermal conductivity is 1.5 W/(m K) or higher, of which a volume resistivity is 0.1 Ω cm or higher, and of which aspect ratio is 10 to 5,000, based on 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin composition B contains 0 to 5 pts.mass of an inorganic hydroxide based on 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin. The total of the thicknesses of the A1 layer and the A2 layer is 5 to 70% of the total thickness of the fire retardant film.
