<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such defects as the nonuniformity of a drying state in the lateral direction of a coating film and scratches in the coating film. <P>SOLUTION: A floating drying facility 1 with a meandering correction device includes a floating drying device 2 in which two drying chambers 2a for spraying gas on both surfaces of a web path R one Rw of which is a coated surface side and the other Rd of which is a non-coated surface side from nozzle boxes 3 on one and the other sides are positioned adjacent to each other and a meandering correction device 4 which is disposed between the adjacent drying chambers 2a, 2a. The meandering correction device 4 includes two parallel guide rolls 6, 6 which are brought into contact with the other surface Rd of the web path R, a gas spraying tool for winding 7 which sprays gas toward one surface Rw of the curved web path R which is formed midway between two guide rolls 6, 6 so as to be separated from the web path R, and a tilt operation tool for tilting two guide rolls 6, 6 and the gas spraying tool for winding 7 in the lateral direction of the web path R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
