<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize heating for a wire when performing hot pressing of a nonwoven material around the wire. <P>SOLUTION: The periphery of a part of the wire harness body 22 is covered with a nonwoven material 40. While projecting at least one end of the nonwoven material 40 from a mold 60, the nonwoven material 40 is arranged in the mold 60. When a protective member 30 is formed of the nonwoven material 40 by hot pressing in the mold 60, a wire harness 20 where the nonwoven material 40 is hot-pressed to at least a part of the wire harness body 22 is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
