<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and program for preparing a stowage pattern and a stowage device, capable of preparing an optimum stowage pattern when a plurality of types of box bodies having different dimensions coexist. <P>SOLUTION: This method for preparing the stowage pattern includes: a first process for grouping the box bodies 1 on the basis of plane dimensions; a second process for grouping the box bodies 1 on the basis of elevation dimensions; a third process for extracting groups of an upper limit height or less from the result in the second process; a fourth process for preparing a pattern 4 in which the box bodies 1 extracted in the third process are loaded up at four corners of a pallet 2; a fifth process for preparing a pattern 5 by burying unused box bodies 1 in the fourth process in a gap of the pattern 4; a sixth process for preparing loading patterns 8 in which the maximum box bodies 1 are loaded at the upper limit height or less at portions except the four corners after loading the maximum box bodies 1 at the upper limit height or less at the four corners of the pattern 5; and a seventh process for selecting the loading pattern 8 in which required quantities or more of box bodies 1 are used and loading efficiency is high from the loading patterns 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
