<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables even a telephone terminal which cannot automatically send a non-number dial signal with a PB signal to immediately determine that the PB signal has been actually sent out. <P>SOLUTION: During reception of PB signals from a user telephone terminal 30, a signal timer part 14C clocks a signal break time between PB signals in sequence, and an automatic sending determination part 14D determines whether the PB signals are sent out automatically or manually according to whether the signal break time is constant. When it is determined that the PB signals are sent out manually, a sending completion determination part 14E determines that the PB signals have been sent at the point of time when the signal break time of PB signals exceeds a manual wait time. When it is determined that the PB signals are sent out automatically, the sending completion determination part 14E determines that the PB signals have been sent by the user telephone terminal 30 at the point of time when the signal break time of PB signals exceeds an automatic wait time shorter than the manual wait time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
