<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor screen capable of highly accurately detecting a scan position without increasing in size or causing complication of a device. <P>SOLUTION: The phosphor screen includes: a plurality of phosphor regions that are provided at fixed intervals in an in-plane direction, absorb excited light and emit visible light; black regions for dividing a region in the plane into the plurality of phosphor regions; and a plurality of reflection parts provided on the black regions. Each of the plurality of reflection parts has an inclined face, and each inclined face is formed with a reflection surface. Each reflection surface reflects excited light incident from a predetermined direction. An inclination angle and an inclination direction of each reflection surface are so set that a reflection light reflected by each reflection surface enters a predetermined area on an opposing surface facing the surface, on which the plurality of phosphor regions and the black regions are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
