<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a special optical element to guide luminous flux for detection to a BD sensor in an optical scanner of a multibeam system, while employing a configuration in which a light source and the BD sensor are mounted on the same circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A laser light source 30 has a lead part 35, and is mounted on a circuit board 70 while it is held by a bracket 36. The circuit board 70 and the bracket 36 are connected to each other only by a lead part 35, and in the state that a prescribed interval H is interposed between the two components, a light emitting part 30A is mounted on the circuit board 70. The prescribed interval H has a length allowing the lead part 35 to be twisted when the light emitting part 30A turns about an optical axis for adjustment of a beam pitch in a sub-scanning direction. Accordingly, the adjustment of the beam pitch in the sub-scanning direction is executed, and after fixation of the bracket 36 to a housing 20, alignment of the BD sensor 6 with respect to an incident light flux is executed and the circuit board 70 can be fixed to the housing 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
