<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anodization treatment apparatus which efficiently forms a structure having micropores and enables an electrolytic cell to be made compact, since the treating time is shortened in comparison with a conventional one when an anodized film is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The anodization treatment apparatus 20 forms an anodized film 14 on an aluminum member 10 continuously traveling in an electrolytic solution 26 along the longitudinal direction of an electrolytic cell 22. The anodization treatment apparatus 20 includes an orifice nozzle 30A which is provided at the discharge part 30 of the electrolytic cell 22, and an acceleration means 40 which is provided downstream from the electrolytic cell 22.
