<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pencil exterior shaft material, in particular, an exterior shaft material of a pencil type cosmetic, the material excellent in shaving property, preventing property against scattering of shavings, and rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: A propylene resin composition for a pencil exterior shaft material includes 5 to 30 pts.wt. of an elastomer (β) and 10 to 60 pts.wt. of a poly(methyl methacrylate) resin (γ) based on 100 pts.wt. of a propylene polymer (α). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
