摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a regenerative apparatus without requiring a dedicated fan for supplying cold air from an air-conditioning apparatus to a regenerative apparatus such as an electric storage device. <P>SOLUTION: When a blast fan 32 of an air conditioner 10 is driven, cold air flows toward a blast opening 33 through a blast duct 34, and the cold air is supplied to the front part in a vehicle interior 5 from the blast opening 33. In a housing 11 for housing a capacitor 12 and an inverter unit 20, an intake port 23 and a discharge port 25 are formed. A branch duct 39 branched from the blast duct 34 of the air conditioner 10 is connected to the intake port 23.
