MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR TUBE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a tube for a heat exchanger is provided to reduce bursting rate because a cover unit and a support unit are strongly formed as continuously embossed shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a tube for a heat exchanger comprises: a step of forming a cover unit(102) by bending a left side of a base material of flat plate band form; a step of forming a support unit(104) by bending a right side of the base material; a step of bending center of the base material toward low angle; a step of connecting the cover unit and the support unit by bending the center of the base material; a step of covering the support unit by bending the cover unit of the base material; and a step of uniting the cover unit and the support unit by compressing.
