<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna abnormality detection system and an antenna abnormality detection method that can perform antenna abnormality detection precisely in a short time even if change of a radio propagation path such as phasing occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A first transmission antenna 12 transmits first transmission data at first predetermined symbol time, and also transmits complex conjugate data of data generated by inverting the sign of second transmission data at second predetermined symbol time, and a second transmission antenna 22 transmits the second transmission data at the first predetermined symbol time, and also transmits complex conjugate data of the first transmission data at the second predetermined symbol time.
