<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent coating device which holds buffer performance of pipeline inner pressure by an accumulator, and suppresses variation of an electrode active material layer in the longitudinal direction in intermittent coating by the intermittent coating device. <P>SOLUTION: An intermittent coating device for an electrode plate includes: a head (8) for coating which discharges a coating liquid; a pump (2) which supplies the coating liquid to the head (8) for coating; an intermittent unit (9) which controls supply of the coating liquid to the head (8) for coating; a buffer area (4) which is a pipeline to be provided between the pump (2) and the intermittent unit (9), of which the flow channel cross-sectional area in the pipeline is 0.3-0.8 times of flow channel cross-sectional area of a discharge port of the coating liquid of the pump (2), and the length is 5 cm-30 cm; and an accumulator (3) which is provided between the pump (2) and the buffer area (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
