PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension device in which a security module can be mounted so as to be attached and detached.

SOLUTION: A port replicator 2 includes: one or more types of port replicator side ports 26 to 29; a connector 21; and a port replicator side mounting part 20. The connector 21 configured as a connector which can be connected to one or more types of computer side ports installed in a personal computer 1 connects the computer side port with the port replicator side ports 26 to 29. A security module 3 can be mounted so as to be attached and detached by the port replicator side mounting part 20.
