<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately synchronize plural moving images simultaneously captured using plural cameras. <P>SOLUTION: A moving image capturing system provided with a signal light emission device for emitting signal light and a moving image capturing device for capturing a moving image comprises: a signal light detector which determines whether each frame of the captured moving image includes the signal light and detects the determination result as signal light detected frame information; and a synchronization point detector which detects the predetermined light emission pattern of the signal light from the signal light detected frame information and generates a synchronization point list which associates the detected light emission pattern with information on a detected frame position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
