<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact point inspection device, a contact point inspection method and a contact point inspection system for not affecting an operation of a load side circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A primary circuit inputs inspection signals, and impedance of a secondary circuit matches with that of the primary circuit when a contact point which makes electric signals inputted from an output circuit pass through or interrupts them interrupts the electric signals. A determination part determines a function of the contact point on the basis of the inspection signals reflected from the primary circuit and contact point control signals for controlling whether or not to make the electric signals pass through for the contact point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
