摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a driving mechanism of a double joint regarding a walking support device, for instance, the one which assists walking. <P>SOLUTION: In a double joint part 50, a gear 54 is freely rotatably pivoted to a lower thigh connection member 27 of an upper thigh connection member 26, and a gear 56 is fixed to the lower thigh connection member 27 so as not to be rotated. A joint frame 52 freely rotatably pivots the gear 54 and the gear 56, and the gear 54 and the gear 56 are held at such positions that tooth parts of the gear 54 and the gear 56 are engaged. A connection arm 61 is fixed radially on the surface of the gear 54, and the connection arm 61 is pivoted to a rod 63 by a connection shaft 62 further. Though not shown in the figure, the rod 63 configures a knee joint assist actuator 18, and is moved in an axial direction. Thus, when the knee joint assist actuator 18 is driven, the gear 54 is rotated by the rod 63, the gear 56 is rotated in linkage with that, and the lower thigh connection member 27 is bent relatively to the upper thigh connection member 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
