<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend life of an exhaust bypass valve device of a multistage supercharging system by decreasing the exchanging frequency of a mounting part or a valve body. <P>SOLUTION: The multistage supercharging system includes a valve body 51a which is installed on a mounting board 52 rotated by an actuator and opens/closes a bypass flow path opening 3e and an inclination controlling means 52a which controls the inclination of the valve body 51a to the mounting board 52.
