<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of a user when diagnosing the deterioration in hydraulic fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic unit (10) includes an acquiring part (51), a deterioration determining part (56) and a warning part (57). The acquiring part (51) acquires an operation initial value and a present value of a delivery flow rate V under an operation condition of holding delivery pressure of a hydraulic pump (21) constant. The deterioration determining part (56) determines that at least one of the hydraulic fluid and the hydraulic pump (21) is deteriorated when a difference Dv between the operation initial value and the present value of the delivery flow rate V reaches a predetermined deterioration threshold value DVth.
