<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stop and temporarily stop a decorative body by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Position detection means 30 for detecting a rotational position of a decorative body 21 includes a cam 31 and a limit switch 32, and the decorative body starts rotation from a prescribed home position, is stopped at the home position, and is temporarily stopped during the rotation. The cam includes first parts 31a where an ON/OFF interval of the limit switch is relatively long and second parts 31b where it is relatively short, and when the decorative body is at the home position, the limit switch is positioned between the pair of adjacent first parts.
