A wood fire door and the manufacturing method are provided to be very useful to fire safety by treating incombustibly with an incombustible composition. A manufacturing method of a wood fire door comprises the steps of putting wood in an impregnation tank and shutting tightly, adding steam to the wood in the impregnation tank and treating with heat, making the inside of the wood and the impregnation tank vacuous, putting an incombustible composition in the impregnation tank and applying pressure to treat the timer incombustibly, releasing pressure and discharging the incombustible composition from the impregnation tank, and then washing the surface of the wood in the tank, drying the wood and examining, and manufacturing a wood fire door having wanted patterns or shapes using incombustible wood, wherein the incombustible composition is composed of 30 weight percent ammonium polyphosphate, 5 weight percent guanidine sulfamate, 5 weight percent ammonium hexametaphoshate, and 60 weight percent water. |
