PURPOSE: A pump dispenser is provided to prevent solidification by blocking contact with oxygen by pushing out contents in a nozzle part of a container. CONSTITUTION: A pump dispenser(100) is to eject fluid to an outlet formed along a side according to apply pressure in an upper part by a user. A bar is installed inside of a nozzle head of a fluid container, blocks and bores the outlet and flows side to side. A protrusion is protruded from a bar and exercises left and right toward the top of the nozzle head. A spring(30) is installed inside of the nozzle head and help flow of the bar.
