SUBMARINE TOW BUFFER APPARATUS AND USING THIS SUBMARINE TOW METHOD

PURPOSE: A buffering device for a tugboat and a submarine towing method using the same are provided to prevent damage to the submarine and a tugboat by installing a buffering part between the submarine and the tugboat. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device for a tugboat(B) comprises a buffering part(10). The buffering part is installed in the side of the tugboat facing a submarine(S) and contacts to the side of the submarine. The buffering part comprises a base member, an installation member, and a buffering member. The base member has a connection member connected to the tugboat and is connected to the tugboat. The installation member is protruded from one side of the base member. The buffering member contacts to the submarine.
