摘要 PURPOSE: A device for measuring the efficiency and a heating value of a light emitting diode fluorescent substance and a method thereof are provided to measure the efficiency of a fluorescent substance according to a light source and to calculate a heating value. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the efficiency and a heating value of a light emitting diode fluorescent substance comprises an integration sphere(200), a plate(110), a light emitting diode(140), a substrate(150), a light source temperature control unit, a plate temperature control unit(191), a thermocouple, and an integration sphere fixing unit(160). The integration sphere measures the amount of lights. The light emitting diode irradiates lights to the plate. The thermocouple measures changes in the temperature of the plate and light emitting diode.
