<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method that makes it possible for a terminal incidental to a lead-out line side of a stator to reliably and stably seat on a terminal block at a case side when the stator is inserted into the case, and to make the following bolt insertion and coupling work easy. <P>SOLUTION: A tabular terminal 6U (6V, 6W) is firmly fixed to an end of a lead-out line 5U (5V, 5W) lead out from an end surface of a stator 2 in advance, and when the stator 2 is inserted into a case 4, the terminal 6U is seated to a terminal block 9 at the case 4 side, and fastened with a bolt. The terminal 6U is positioned downward inclination at a depression angle α so that the tip side of the terminal 6U comes closer to a seating surface 11a at the terminal block 9 side than the root side of the terminal 6U does. When the terminal 6U is seated on the seating surface 11a, the tip side is made in contact with the seating surface 11a earlier than the root side is, and eventually the terminal 6U is seated in the state in which the entire surface contacts the seating surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
