SOLUTION: A charging device 10 comprises: a charging detection unit 101a for detecting a start of charging of a portable terminal 20; an information acquisition unit 101b for acquiring information for identifying a person from the portable terminal 20 after the charging detection unit 101a detects the start of charging: and an information recording unit 101c for recording the information for identifying a person that is acquired by the information acquisition unit 101b.
