If a change in load of an engine E due to a state that the hydraulic clutch 28 reaches the torque point is detected by the engine speed, the detection accuracy is deteriorated by being affected by the inertia of the engine E or a power transmission path. However, the detection accuracy is improved by detecting a change in load of the engine E by the inlet air negative pressure PB. A learning inhibition means inhibits learning by an initial control value learning means based on the second-order differential value of the inlet air negative pressure calculated by a second-order differential value calculating means.
