<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous hollow fiber membrane capable of efficiently transmitting useful recovery substances such as protein, and simultaneously separating and removing removal substances such as viruses by a high phage clearance index. <P>SOLUTION: The porous hollow fiber membrane includes a hydrophobic polymer and a hydrophilic polymer, a capture layer is provided in the inner periphery vicinity and outer periphery vicinity of a film thickness part when gold colloid particles with a particle diameter of 20 nm are filtered at a constant pressure, the film thickness part is composed of a dense-sparse-dense structure from the inner periphery vicinity to the outer periphery vicinity, and gold colloid is not captured by the film thickness part when the gold colloid particles with the particle diameter of 10 nm are filtered at the constant pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
