<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate influence of a feed speed of a sample liquid and to improve measurement accuracy, in a measurement device for detecting light generated from a photoresponsive label substance coupled with a substance to be detected and analyzing the substance to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: In a measurement device 1 for using an analysis chip 10 formed by providing a minute flow path for distributing the sample liquid inside a flow path member and disposing a sensor part in a part inside the minute flow path, bringing the sample liquid containing the substance to be detected into contact on the sensor part by feeding the sample liquid inside the minute flow path, coupling a photolabel binding substance for an amount corresponding to the amount of the substance to be detected contained in the sample liquid on the sensor part, exciting the photolabel binding substance, detecting light generated due to excitation, and measuring the amount of the substance to be detected, by data analysis means 70, the required time for the sample liquid to reach a prescribed measurement end position from a prescribed measurement start position inside the minute flow path is measured, and for a measurement result of the amount of the substance to be detected, the measurement result is corrected so that the amount of the substance to be detected becomes larger as the required time is longer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
