<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out high-viscosity fluid-coating operation accompanied with the change of a coating direction in a short time at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A high-viscosity fluid-coating apparatus is equipped with a fluid supply part which can supply the high viscosity fluid, a nozzle 12 which can eject high viscosity fluid supplied from the fluid supply part, and a robot arm which can perform the moving operation of a top end of the nozzle 12 to a predetermined position while holding the nozzle 12. The nozzle 12 is constituted of a cylindrical part 15 and a cylindrical space forming part 17 which is disposed at the inner periphery of the cylindrical part 15 and forms a cylindrical space between the cylindrical part 15 and itself, and the ejection port 14 of the high viscosity fluid is formed in the cylindrical space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
