PURPOSE: A producing method of Cavicorona pyxidata is provided to inject Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia to a medium containing sawdust, beet pulp, and rice hulls. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Cavicorona pyxidata comprises the following steps: injecting 0.01-3% of Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia to a medium; and culturing the Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia at 22-24 deg C at 80-90% relative humidity in the light degree of 50-100lux. The medium is obtained by the following steps: mixing 0.1-0.8 parts of magnesium sulfate anhydrous by weight, 0.5-1.5 parts of potassium nitrate by weight, 1-3 parts of calcium nitrate by weight, and 100 parts of mixture by weight containing sawdust, beet pulp, and rice hulls in a weight ratio of 7-9:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5; and sterilizing the mixture. |
