摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel material containing a dopant having good compatibility with magnesium silicide. <P>SOLUTION: Co, Nb, Nd, Sm, Ta and Zn are used as a dopant doped into magnesium silicide. The amount of a dopant included in a magnesium silicide of the present invention is not particularly limited, but the content of the dopant is preferably 0.10-2.00 at% as an atomic weight ratio.
