<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the valid use of a time to be spent on the accumulation of electricity of a storage battery loaded on an electric vehicle by receiving another service during the accumulation electricity. <P>SOLUTION: A charging device 21 is installed relating to a service providing facility, and configured to charge a storage battery 41 for traveling loaded on an electric vehicle 4. A charging management terminal 1 registers the date when the charging device 21 is used by the electric vehicle 4 as reservation content. An information providing terminal 6 registers service information in which service content to be provided and the place of the charging device 21 are associated with each other. The charging management terminal 1 makes the charging device 21 charge the storage battery 41 loaded on the electric vehicle 4 in accordance with the reservation content.
